Mechanical Department

John Trueman, Director, is responsible for the Mechanical Services Department and he is supported in his role by five Contracts Managers, an Estimator and a team of four Design Engineers.

Heating

Boiler plant (all fuels), warm air heaters, radiant heaters, unit heaters, radiator & convector systems, underfloor heating, perimeter & trench heating.

Ventilation

Ductwork, fans and accessories, process ventilation, fresh air schemes, unitary fans, kitchen ventilation, heat reclaim units, smoking room extract and air filtration systems.

Air Con. & Comfort Cooling

Small packaged units, centralised air handling schemes, fan coil units, chiller plant, VRV heat pumps, humidification, filtration & dehumidification.

Fuel Storage & Distribution

Oil tanks and bunds, natural gas and LPG installations including underground mains.

Plumbing Services

Hot and cold water installations, external pipework and storage tanks, un-vented hot waters heaters, sanitaryware, soil & waste pipework (UPVC and Cast Iron), rainwater installations and leadwork.

Other Services

Steam generation plant, pipework and humidifiers, air compressors, ancillary equipment and distribution pipework, medical gases, thermal insulation (including asbestos removal), energy conversation work and trace heating.
